Booking early matters more than most homeowners think. Our schedule fills from the Lower Mainland out to the Interior starting in September, and early-bird pricing ends October 1st. Properties in Whistler, Squamish, Kelowna and Kamloops should book earliest, since crews travel out to the Interior on a fixed rotation each season. Booking by early October is the safest way to guarantee installation before the first snowfall.
A growing number of our customers celebrate both Diwali and Christmas, and it's one of our most popular combo bookings — up to $200 off when both are installed together. Because our crews are already on-site for the Diwali install, adding a Christmas layout later in the season is a simple visit rather than a full new setup.
Retail string lights aren't built for a full BC winter of rain, wind, and temperature swings. Commercial-grade C9 bulbs draw less power, run cooler, and are built with sealed, weatherproof housings — which is also why maintenance is guaranteed for the whole season on every install. If something does fail mid-season, it's almost always a connector or fuse, not the bulb itself, and our crews can usually fix it same-visit.
