These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LitUp Vancouver website and the services we provide, including light installation, maintenance, removal, and any products purchased through our online shop. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
LitUp Vancouver provides professional Christmas, Diwali, Halloween, wedding, and commercial light installation, maintenance, and removal services across the Lower Mainland, Sea to Sky corridor, and Interior BC. Specific pricing, inclusions, and scheduling are confirmed with each customer individually and may vary from the general pricing shown on our website.
Quote requests submitted through our website are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Booking a service is confirmed once both parties agree on scope, price, and scheduling. Early-bird pricing and seasonal promotions are subject to change and availability.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. If you purchase products through our online shop, payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase.
We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service so we can adjust our crew scheduling accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled.
LitUp Vancouver carries $2M liability insurance for installation work. While we take care to protect your property during installation and removal, please let us know about any specific concerns (fragile landscaping, roof access, pets, etc.) before your appointment.
All sales of products purchased through our online shop (such as C9 bulbs and light spools) are final — we do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, you must report it to us by email at litupvancouver@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you. Damage reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
